Bio:

When it comes to email, there’s nothing Paul’s more passionate about than delivering accessible email experiences to recipients, and helping his fellow email marketers, copywriters, creatives, and coders do the same.

2025 marks ten years since he delivered his first talk on email accessibility to the email community, ‘A Type of Accessibility’, at the Email Design Conference in London, and the year of the enforcement of the European Accessibility Act. In that talk, he encouraged the email community, inspiring them and enabling them to create accessible emails using innovative techniques to ensure their emails would conform to WCAG, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Since then, he’s gone on to conduct email accessibility audits, lead, create and implement WCAG conformant accessible email design systems, and inspired many others, through talks, articles and interviews, to ensure their emails are equally accessible.
